qEVENT qVISION Live
Object identification by sound

Tag it once. Hear what it is, every time.

Stick an NFC tag or a printed QR label on anything — a door, a medicine box, a jacket. Give it a name. Later, tap or scan to hear it read aloud. No app needed to read a tag.

qVISION for iPhone

Download the qVISION app from the App Store to create and manage your tags. Reading a tag works on any phone, without the app.

01Tag it

Write an NFC sticker, print a QR label, or use the barcode a product already has. Give it a name in your own words.

02Scan to hear

“Scan tag” reads NFC. “Scan with camera” reads QR codes and barcodes. The name is spoken as soon as it is found.

03Ask where it is

Tap “Where is…” and type a name. qVISION reads back where you put it, up to three matches in one answer.

04Or ask Siri

On iPhone, hands-free: “Scan a tag with Vision”, “Vision, where are my keys”. You say Vision; the app is written qVISION.

People you know

Save a person with a photo, a relation and a short note. Scan their badge to hear who it is. Always private.

Your own voice

Record the name yourself and hear that instead of the synthetic voice, on any object.

Helpers

Invite someone you trust to name things for you and answer your requests from their own phone.

Free for up to 10 objects

Beyond that, 149 NOK a month covers up to 200. Reading a tag never costs anything.

Three screens from the iPhone app — the scan home, your list of tagged objects, and what a single tag holds.

The qVISION home screen: two large full-width scan buttons stacked above each other — the upper one for holding the phone against a tag, the lower one for reading QR codes and barcodes with the camera — and a tab bar at the bottom with Scan, My objects and Account.
Two scanners on the home screen — hold the phone to a tag, or use the camera.
The My objects screen: a button for creating a new object and a search field at the top, then six tagged entries — Oatmeal, Laundry room and Front door, the last two marked as places, plus TV remote control, Paracetamol 500 mg and Nescafé Gull coffee.
Everything you have tagged, in one list you can search.
The Edit object screen for the entry Coffee, Nescafé Gull: a name field with a speaker button that reads it aloud, an optional extra-information field holding the text Top shelf in the kitchen cupboard, a type choice between item and place, a Private switch, a Save button, and a button for recording a voice label.
A name, where it is kept, private or not — and your own voice if you want.
